I've been using Ozone since version 4. When I first got it, I had no idea what I was doing. The interface looked like something out of the 80's not mid 2000's. Ever since then, Ozone was a part of my mixing/mastering process.

Flash forward to today, and Ozone 8 has arrived. I can honestly say this is the most refined and easy use to version of the software. It still has all the features you've come to know over the years, with some tasteful and welcomed additions.

The first of those being the new Master Assistant. I've always wanted an assistant, just never thought it would be in the form of an AI robot. Master Assistant creates a personalized preset to get you started, by far the most interesting addition to OZ8. If you are a Neutron user, this will feel right at home.

You also get a in-house reference tool which is a feature I know has been long requested by the Ozone user bass.
