The Loft Piano gives you all the control you need, without the bloat. The heavy lifting is all done in the background. We edited, processed, and tested every note, sample, and sound to make sure you're working with sounds that inspire new music without endless tweaking.

The Loft Piano is built on a meticulously multi-sampled Upright Grand Piano sampled in a loft. We used 4 microphones to capture the sound and recorded individual key noise, hammer noise, and string resonance. The main sample set is 3x round robin, which results in a very natural, rich, playable sound.

The main sample set is 3x round robin, which results in a very natural, rich, playable sound.
The Sounds
The Loft Piano comes with incredibly unique piano sounds. We made these by processing, resampling and processing the main sample set over and over. One example of the crazy things we did is the preset Resonator. It was created by using 6 Comb filters, 3 delays, and a granular feedback loop.
Fast Workflow
The simple and efficient GUI coupled with the production ready presets is a match made in production heaven. You shouldn't have to spend a lot of time tweaking Kontakt instruments to get them to sound good and you won't ever have to do that with the Loft Piano.

Sampled With Love
We spent weeks getting the perfect raw sound. We used 4 microphones to capture the main piano sound. We recoded key noise, hammer noise, & string resonance for a deep and rich tone that is incredibly playable.
Edited & Processed Galore
We spent months testing out crazy FX chains with guitar pedals and plugins to create these presets. We actually made over 40 new sounds, but we kept only the 20 best ones.
4,804 Lines of Code
The Loft Piano does the heavy lifting for you so you can focus on what you do best, make music. Round Robin, expression, and playability are all improved with our custom KSP script.
System Requirements
The Loft Piano requires the full version of Kontakt 6.5.2 (i.e. NOT Kontakt Player). This will not work in Kontakt player for more than 20 minutes at at time.
